Department of Governance and Development Studies delivered Community Services Training for Office Employees from July 02 - 05, 2019

Bahir Dar University, Department of Governance and Development Studies has rendered community services training to the newly reformed name of Dagmawi Minilik sub-city employees, Bahir Dar City Administration. The two-round trainings have successfully delivered by the staffs of the Department for the employees of the sub-city.
The main objective of these two round trainings was to build up the capacity of the employees in terms of knowledge, skills, and attitudes and thereby to create a conducive working environment for service delivery in the sub-city.
Round 1 training on “Kaizen: Its application, Challenges, and Possible Solutions” was delivered for 29 employees, from July 02 to 03, 2019 or Sene 25 to 26, 2011 E.C.
Similarly, round 2 training on “Public Service Delivery, Customer Handling, and Customer Satisfaction” was delivered to the employees of the sub-city immediately after the Kaizen training session was ended up, started on July 04, 2019.
