Admission Requirements
1.For Full-time Degree Programs
1.1 Applicants who completed the preparatory secondary education with a minimum cutoff point set by the Ministry of Education will be admitted.
1.2 Depending on available spaces, diploma graduates from accredited higher learning institutions and who took bridging courses may be admitted to regular programs when assigned by the Ministry.
1.3 Placement into regular programs of each faculty shall be decided by the faculties themselves as per the general guidelines provided by the Academic Vice President.
2.Special Admission to Full-time Degree Programs
2.1 Mature applicants who have completed secondary education may be eligible for admission to regular undergraduate programs provided that:
A. They have records of continuous employment for a minimum of 5 years;
B. Their work experience relates to the field of training to which they seek admission;
C. They have proof of demonstrable achievement in their careers; and
D. They pass an entrance examination to be administered by the relevant faculty.
2.2 In order to attract potentially resourceful candidates, special admissions criteria may be employed by some programs. These include consideration of diverse criteria as specified hereunder.
3 Admission Requirements for Continuing and Distance Education Programs
The criteria for admission shall be developed by the Offices of the Academic Affairs Vice, Executive Director for Academic affairs, dean of the corresponding faculty and Director of Continuing and Distance Education.
