BDU, Amhara Management Institute ink academic pact
BDU: Bahir Dar University has formally signed a memorandum of understanding with Amhara Management Institute to foster academic collaboration.
External Relation and Partnership Director of Bahir Dar University Dr.Abiy Yigzaw explained that the objective of the agreement was to conduct joint research,to exchange teachers, to provide Consultancy and community service and to enhance ICT sector through pooling resources for mutual benefit.
During the agreement, The University’s Information and Strategic Communication Vice President, Molla Ababu, noted that the treaty will enable BDU to build the capacity of public and private institutions actors of the region.
Dr.Abiy pointed out that the deal will help the two institutions to exchange new ideas, share knowledge and transfer technology and emulate best practices to uplift the livelihood of the community of the region.
The agreement was signed at Amhara Management Institute in the presence of guests from both institutions.
