College marks Environment Day

BDU: Bahir Dar University’s College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences marked the  World Environment Day.

According to College’s communication Coordinator Tesfahun Asimamaw, the objective of the celebration was to alert staff and students about the environment and its effect on overall human survival in general and agricultural productivity in particular.

The holiday was celebrated with a motto “Green Economy Does it include you?” to create awareness about the significance of Green Economy.

Participants were staff and students of the college.
