My primary research interest is on land tenure management in the dynamic peri-urban areas. More specifically my interest is on:

  • Land acquisition from peri-urban areas and its impact
  • Land governance and policy
  • Alternatives Land Acquisition mechanisms for urban development  
  • Informal Settlement and Development in the urban peripheries
  • Land readjustment/ consolidation
