v Papers can be either published articles (with SI indexed journals in the last two years) or unpublished manuscripts.
v Abstract shall be accompanied with full details of the author’s ( name, full title, organization, email and telephone number)
v After abstracts had been reviewed and accepted, it is mandatory to submit full length papers for further review
v Upon submission: author/s has/have to show agreement on the publication of the accepted manuscripts in the conference proceeding.
o Deadline for abstract submission: January 20, 2019.
o Notification of accepted abstracts: January 30, 2019.
o Deadline for submission of full length papers: February 10, 2019.
