  1. I was born on August 1, 1959, in the North Gondar administrative zone, north-central Ethiopia. I received a B.A. degree in Geography from Addis Ababa University in December 1992. I received my M.A degree in Agricultural Geography in July 2004 in the same university. I received my Ph.D. degree at UNISA, Pretoria on May 24, 2014.
  2.     In connection to training activities, I gave the following training
  •  Two days pieces of training on SPSS and other software applications for the Amhara Region Women and Youth Affairs from July 11-14, 2014
  • I offered two days of training for social sciences faculty in relation to research philosophy, research paradigms, and quantitative and qualitative research methods from June 15-16, 2014.
  • I gave pieces of training in relation to basic research proposal and project development to the same faculty from June 22-23, 2014.
