College of Medicine and Health Sciences offers Training on Smart classrooms to its Academic Staff

(March 22, 2022, Bahir Dar): Bahir Dar University College of Medicine and Health Sciences offered training on smart classrooms to its academic staff.

The training kicked off with the welcome remark of Dr. Melese Gebeyehu, Chief Academic and Research Director of the college. In his remark, Dr. Melese pointed out to the trainees that in an effort to improve the quality of education, the college upgraded the traditional classrooms to smart classrooms.

He added that in collaboration with ICT Directorate of Bahir Dar University, the college organized the training with the aim of introducing the smart classrooms to the staff and sharpening their practical skills which could help them easily use the technologies in their day to day teaching-learning activities.

The areas of the training include the nature, benefit, functionalities/features, safety warning issues and practical demonstrations of smart classrooms.
